This is an accessibility statement from InfinityEd.

 

Measures to support accessibility

 

InfinityEd takes the following measures to ensure accessibility of InfinityEd:

 

  • Include accessibility as part of our mission statement.

  • Include accessibility throughout our internal policies.

  • Integrate accessibility into our procurement practices.

  • InfinityEd does not discriminate within its organization's staff, with our clients, and students we serve.

  • Our design choices and teaching methods aim to include and accommodate different learning methods, people with disabilities, and future connections requiring additional access to visual, hearing, cognitive aids.

Center Location

 

InfinityEd's learning center is located in a first floor brick and mortar within a mixed service plaza that lives on the side of a busy route road in Wilbraham, Ma. There is a business front facing parking lot, as well as additional parking at the back entrance of InfinityEd. Each door entrance has a door frame lip and supports the general wheelchair width of 25 inches. There are no stairs or ramps within the location. InfinityEd has one all-gender, private stall bathroom with a stability bar. Commercial ceiling lighting throughout the location. Sound sensitivities can be accommodated within private study rooms with full length closed doors. We offer remote sessions for students/clients that require or prefer working from home. Conformance Status

 

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. InfinityEd is fully conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Fully conformant means that the content fully conforms to the accessibility standard without any exceptions.

Limitations and alternatives

 

Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility of InfinityEd , there may be some limitations. Below is a description of known limitations, and potential solutions. Please contact us if you observe an issue not listed below.

 

Known limitations for InfinityEd:

 

  1. Direct comments from users and clients cannot be directly displayed onto the website. There are external sites where feedback and reviews can be provided for public viewing: Blogs and or forums are currently not active within our website design. We currently do not have the assets to manage and monitor our website on a consistent schedule. We continue to monitor user concerns, comments, and feedback on a weekly basis with response and action following 3-5 business days. If there is an immediate concern, please contact us directly.

  2. ​At this time, we currently do not have audio aids outside of personal computer softwares that assist in reading alternative text for images and content throughout our site: If there is a client, student, site user needing accommodations for this limitation, we offer our team to address, assess, and grant the requests to our best ability in one-on-one sessions with the concerned party. A mediator/third party can be present upon request. If there is an immediate concern, please contact us directly.
